EQUATION FORMULARY is a small business where I create Slow Food style complex, flavor-balanced food products for sale in a micro-region of Southern Vermont. Despite the professional appearance and quality of my products, these are all produced on a painstakingly inefficient nano-scale and are subject to seasonal availability and batch sell-outs.

Products include: naturally fermented hot sauces, spicy condiments, mushroom products, and because they are the best fruit in the world, wild blueberries. I also have a repertoire of natural soaps and other body/hair care products, which are not currently in production.

My products are for sale at the Guilford Neighborhood Roots Food Collective, the Brattleboro Area Farmers Market, and occasionally at local farm stands, country markets and area festivals. This webpage is informational only. We are not an online shop at this time.
