EQUATION FORMULARY is a small business where I create Slow Food style complex, flavor-balanced food products for sale in a micro-region of Southern Vermont. Despite the professional appearance and quality of my products, these are all produced on a painstakingly inefficient nano-scale and are subject to seasonal availability and batch sell-outs.

All of our products contain at one or more grown or foraged ingredients from the Equation Formulary forests and garden.

  • Dried forest-grown/foraged mushroom medleys

I also have a repertoire of natural soaps and other body/hair care products, which are not currently in production.

My products are for sale at the Guilford Neighborhood Roots Food Collective, the Brattleboro Area Farmers Market, and occasionally at local farm stands, country markets and area festivals. This webpage is informational only. We are not an online shop at this time.
